I am orginally from Michigan but always dreamed of getting away from the winters. Along with my husband Mike, we relocated to Florida in 1980. I found out that "hot" weather is as intolerable as "cold" weather. So we headed west and ended up in Morro Bay in March of 1988. And this is home, with its perfect weather and community!
In 2000, I recieved my California Real Estate License and have been working with buyers and sellers ever since. While living in Michigan, Florida and now in Californina I have personally bought and sold numerous properties: residential, commercial and vacant land. I know what is involved in being a buyer and a seller.
